Ghosts of Historic Lynchburg
Garland Hill Historic District

Enjoy an evening walking Garland Hill Historic District with a guide that will delight & entertain you with stories of the haunts of days bone by. Walk will start at the Gilliam House, 405 Madison Street, continue through the neighborhood and finish back where you started to have refreshments on the porch.
Starting at 6:30 p.m., running every 15 to 20 minutes. Last walk at 8:30 p.m. $10.00 Adults - $5.00 Children. Tickets will be sold at 6:00 p.m. each night at the site, first come first served. No rain dates. Group reservations for 15 or more may be made in advance by calling the Foundation office.
All proceeds from this event will go to the Garland Hill Neighborhood Association and the Lynchburg Historical Foundation.For more information call (434) 528-5353.

Governor Tim Kaine Visits Downtown Lynchburg

The governor and his cabinet spent the afternoon in Downtown Lynchburg. They had lunch at The Depot Grille and toured the renovation projects along Ninth Street and the 900 block of Main.
