Wee Bit of the Irish at the Lynchburg Community Market

The Luck of the Irish is with you this Wednesday!This St. Patrick Day Wednesday has us welcoming the first of our Green Market Wendesday Growers back with us! James
Henderson will have his delicious, fresh tasting, no spray lettuce. He will also have various herbs, perrenials and berry plants. Green Market Wednesday officially runs May - November. James is an official Green Market Grower meaning he ONLY sells what he grows himself!


This Wednesday, Lorraine Bakery will be serving up traditional Irish Soda Bread, also known as "Spotted Dog". A delicious, authentic treat for your St. Patty's Day guests! $5.50 per loaf, call ahead to reserve yours at 944-0078.



Chocolatesrus will have St. Patricks Day themed chocolates. You will also be able to preview thier new Easter line. Be sure to place your order now with Chocolatesrus for Easter pick up

Rain Barrell Workshop This Saturday March 20, 1pm-3pm!
Our First rain barrel workshop of the season will be held this Saturday, March 20th. Cost is $65 payable in advance. Call 434-455-4489 for more details. This workshop is presented by Garret Jones and Anne Marie Clarke of the Robert E. Lee Sould and Water Conservation District. Price includes all supplies and instruction. This workshop will be held rain or shine at the Lynchburg Community Market.
